Pastor Bell has served as Minister-in-Charge and Associate Minister at Non-Denominational, Baptist and Christian Missionary Alliance Churches. 

 

Pastor Bell has attended Bay Cities Bible College and Golden State School of Theology . Additionally, he has past affiliations with Mario Murillo Ministries; The National Association of evangelicals, East Bay Fellowship; Advent II Ministries and Missions Board of Directors; Golden State Schools of Theology; Follow-Up Ministries; Hour of Victory Television Ministries; Richmond Rescue Mission; Campus Crusade for Christ; and Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship International.
